I am selling my 1971 Ducati 450 Mark 3D. I bought this bike from a friend about a year ago. He had the bike since 1987 and took it apart around 15 years ago to paint it but he never got the job finished. I repainted everything. I recovered the seat. The chrome was in pretty good shape. I only replated the rims. The rest of the chrome shows some aging but is really pretty nice original chrome. I had a local Ducati guy rebuild the motor and carb. The motor has new bearings, a bored out cylinder with a new Ducati piston and rings and a valve job. The bike runs great though it still needs to be broken in. Everything works.
